I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen. the location was absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk to both the beach and 5th Avenue, where we found plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. Secondly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that all our needs were met. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations for excursions or arranging transportation. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Considering the affordable prices, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Despite the ongoing renovations, our rooms were adequately cleaned and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. The only minor issue was the noise from the nearby nightclubs, but it didn't disrupt our sleep and we still managed to have a great time.

This hotel exceeded my expectations on several fronts. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local seafood. Additionally, the hotel's location on a quiet side street was truly convenient to everything, allowing us to easily access both the beach and the main avenue. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were adequate and the rooms were adequately cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Located in a bustling area of the city, this hotel is close to the center and just steps away from the beach. Despite being next to a very loud night club, guests have reported that they were able to sleep soundly with the help of earplugs. the hotel features a lovely pool and a cenote, and some rooms come equipped with a refrigerator and other amenities, such as complimentary wine and toiletries.

Some guests have reported that there was a delay in receiving their room upon arrival.

Great stay overall. the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is very close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip organized by the hotel.

The music from the neighboring club was extremely loud and went on all night which made it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was not very effective and made the room quite warm at times.
